Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used health & personal care products
- Products with tampered seals or damaged packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or discount sales
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company – it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing time often varies.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@ayurvira.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@ayurvira.com and send the item to:

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted.
