Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AyurVira, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Ayurvedic products. We understand that there may be times when the product you receive may be damaged, defective, or not as described. In such cases, we offer a full or partial refund, at the discretion of our management.

Refund Requests: To request a refund, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is unused and in its original packaging. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, we regret that we cannot process a refund or replacement.

Return Procedure: If you need to return a product, it must be returned to us within 15 days of receiving it. The cost of shipping the product back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund policy criteria. If it does, we will process the refund or replacement within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products: We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping our products to prevent damage. However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a refund or replacement.
